Cancellation Policy

Customer can cancel his reservation before the agreed pick-up day by email request to prenotazioni@carmotion.it

CarMotion reserves the right to cancel the reservation at any time in case of force majeure or unexpected unavailability of the reserved vehicle.

The cancellation will be notified by e-mail to the customer and the whole amount paid will be refunded directly on the card used for the booking.

In case of cancellation due to travel limitation linked to Covid, CarMotion will refund the full amount of the prepayment.
Within 24 hours from the online reservation date and not less than 5 days from the date of pick up : No cancellation fee, the whole amount will be refunded.
Up to 5 days before the pick up (120 h. max): Customer will be refunded for 50% of the amount paid.
Less than 5 days before the pick up: No refund, customer will pay the full amount
