CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE BOOKING ONLINE
Customer can cancel his reservation before the agreed pick-up day by email request to email@example.com
CarMotion reserves the right to cancel the reservation at any time in case of force majeure or unexpected unavailability of the reserved vehicle.
The cancellation will be notified by e-mail to the customer and the whole amount paid will be refunded directly on the card used for the booking.
- In case of cancellation due to travel limitation linked to Covid, CarMotion will refund the full amount of the prepayment.
- Within 24 hours from the online reservation date: No cancellation fee, the whole amount will be refunded.
- Up to 5 days before the pick up (120 h. max): Customer will be refunded for 50% of the amount paid.
- Less than 5 days before the pick up: No refund, customer will pay the full amount
